I seriously doubt that I'll get any word on the meet before tomorrow (Tues, Sept 16) at mid-day, so here's what I plan to do. We will plan on meeting at EP Tom Sawyer at 4pm. If there's a meet, then please show up ready to run. If there's no meet, then you should do a distance run. Girls not entered in Tuesday's meet may run on their own prior to 4pm (see the workout below to see what you should do). If I don't see you on Tuesday, then I WILL ask what you ran. I.e., I will hold everyone accountable for getting in their workout if they do not come to practice. It's always easier to run when you know others will be there -- so if anyone who prefers meeting at Sawyer to have someone else to run with, I will definitely be there at 4pm (and a few others I suspect). Again, if there's no meet, then you should run what's listed below -- but ONLY after you've been told there is no meet. Unless I email people and say there's no meet, then you should assume it's on and that you must be at Sawyer ready to go at 4pm. Please spread the (good) word.
